Between 2019-2020, we conducted worker surveys for a leading garment and footwear brand to understand the needs of workers and their families in its supply chain in Cambodia. The objective of this assessment was to inform the client’s investments in worker wellbeing programmes.
Through surveys, interviews and focus group discussion with workers and factory management, we assessed workers’ needs in the areas of WASH, nutrition as well as childcare & education.
The collected data allows the client to have a thorough understanding of the needs of their supply chain workers and adapts strategies and priorities in their worker wellbeing programme.
